Olomouc

The picturesque city of Olomouc is located in the Moravian region of Czech Republic. It is a historical city in the country and was once the capital of Moravia. Nowadays, it is a touristic hub with various attractions. There are several religious monuments such as the Holy Trinity Column which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

The beautiful narrow streets, the large squares, the medieval fountains, and the colourful classical buildings are absolutely brilliant. Overall, the city may be small but it is perfect to have a glimpse of not only the city’s but also the country’s history, culture and lifestyle. It is perfect for a daytrip!
