Photo of the day: Public Transportation

The experience of public transportation can vary from country to country or even from city to city. Sometimes you encounter luxurious buses and trains from a futuristic movie and others you go back in time at least half a century.

In Ghana it was quite the unique experience. Public transportation within a city were tiny buses that you had to squeeze in with way to many people. It felt hot and sweaty. Furthermore, there were not bus stations you would just shout and say you need to get off. Definitely an interesting experience. Also, I have to mention that there was a chicken in the bus with us. I’m not sure if she paid her ticket though. Such a rebel. ^^
