Crossroads

People are full of questions, and often there are multiple answers. It is only natural sometimes, we have huge dilemmas. But surprisingly, nature gives us plenty of crossroads. That is both a curse and a blessing. It can be seen as a negative thing because we have to choose and leave something behind, or it can be seen as a positive because it means we humans can have many options.

In the picture below, there are two choices. One seems lively, with more people and the other quieter. Naturally, you would choose the favoured direction, but sometimes the less popular direction could be the best. This can be applied to anything, from ideologies to social issues, to economy and politics. Or even to just what food you should eat tomorrow. Sometimes, it’s nice to be impulsive and spontaneous and make a choice on a whim. But sometimes it is important to analyse your options.

Similarly, when travelling, indeed, spontaneous trips can end up being the most incredible memories you’ll ever have. But sometimes it is crucial to have a good research of the place you’re visiting. Not only so that, as a traveller, you’ll have a good journey, but also you can integrate easily in another culture and not come out as offensive or rude because of cultural differences.
